About the Web Designer

Christine Gralow is a freelance journalist and special education teacher in The Bronx, New York. She received a Master’s degree in Journalism from U.C. Berkeley in May 2003. She is currently a New York City Teaching Fellow.

From June 1999 to August 2000, Christine was an English teacher at Thai Nguyen Medical University in Vietnam. After teaching, she spent five weeks traveling through Southeast Asia. Her interest in the region stems from her father’s experience as a Navy fighter pilot during the Vietnam War.

Christine designed this website in an Introductory Web Publishing class at U.C. Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism.
