Berkeley’s Rising Tide

We all remember the water cycle: water evaporates, condenses, and falls from the sky as rain. But as cities grow to accommodate more people and the climate changes, the water cycle becomes more complicated than the version we learned in school. As rising sea levels and toxic stormwater threaten the Berkeley McLaughlin Eastshore, residents and academics have something to say about it.
