Oakland reacts to Republican healthcare bill

This week, lawmakers in Washington, D.C., will vote on the American Health Care Act, part of Republican’s “repeal-and-replace” strategy for the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare. Some people in Oakland had a few opinions about that.
