North Gate reporter Sawsan Morrar spoke with Oakland nurse, Kaitlyn Gentilin, who spent two weeks in Puerto Rico after the hurricane. Most residents in Puerto Rico are still without electricity and water. Some are critical of the federal government not doing enough. But Gentilin and a team of 50 nurses traveled to the island to help those in need.
