San Francisco’s New Task Force

San Francisco District Supervisor Matt Haney says the city has treated the Tenderloin and South of Market neighborhoods like a “containment zone” for the city’s drug crisis. He’s fed up with it, and has created a task force to address the issue by studying open-air drug dealing.
