A recent federal court decision paves the way for Wyoming to take control over the gray wolf population in the state. Wyoming’s current management plan allows gray wolves to be killed on sight in most of the state. Ranchers say this protects their livestock. The federal government says it keeps the wolf population at a manageable level. Conservationists say its harmful and cruel. Christina Koningisor reports.
