Women’s Health in Limbo

These past few months during debates and campaign speeches, abortion politics made national headlines. Planned Parenthood backed Hillary Clinton, while Donald Trump chose a pro-choice running mate. Now, the new President-Elect is revving up for inauguration, and the women’s health community is nervous about his plans.

You can find a local Planned Parenthood clinic or donate to the cause at planned parenthood dot org. Planned Parenthood will host a volunteer action forum in Oakland on Thursday, January 19^th from 6-8pm. The UC Berkeley Tang Center also offers women’s health checks.  More information is available at u-h-s dot Berkeley dot edu.
